this is really up to you to decide, compared to what user functionality that manufacturers have. for example the Uniden 500SX compared to the Icom IC400 Pro two fantastic units both of which have very different functions available to its user, or the Motorola GP339 compared to a Icom F60 again very different functions available. it would be to hard for me to compare units as people have different requirements for there radio needs.

If you're after a personal opinion, to me it's an iCom IC400 Pro. However, if you're asking what to buy, the answer really has to be dependant on what you want it for!! Sorry if that's no help!

Hmm, would be good to have a quick comparison for some popular models on the UHF CB site. It would be difficult to keep up with them all though. My quick look at manufacturers sites in the last week or so has turned up some significant differences in features.

That looks great - but one minor correction that I noticed: The IC400 Pro isn't DIN, it's much smaller.
